,Originally my Wellington in a Pint Winning beer that was brewed with our buddies at Yeastie Boys. It is a beer that Celebrates Wellington and it's Mayor. It is a full bodied brown ale with kiwi hops, English Malt and Yeast and Havana PNG organic coffee. If you love coffee you will love this beer. It is full bodied but balanced with subtle orangy flavours and bitterness of NZ hops. This is the first of our seasonal 500ml beers. This batch is limited to 3000 bottles, so if you see it grab it and enjoy it.
ABV 5.5%
HOPS: Pacific Jade, NZ Stryian Goldings, Pacifica
MALT: Pale Malt, chocolate malt, brown malt, pale crystal, medium crystal
Other: Havana PNG organic coffee Beans
FOOD MATCHING: Oysters... you may not think of it as a natural match but it works really well! Also a nice rich venison dish would be lovely with this.
